What to expect
Your tour starts with a pick from your Hotel in Hurghada for your private transfer to Luxor. Upon arrival to Luxor, meet your private Egyptologist tour guide to explore this vast open air museum with some of the most famous archaeological sites in the world.

We start with Valley of the Kings the final resting place for Egypt rulers from the 18th - 20th dynasty, with the opportunity to visit three of the Pharaohs tombs, with most of the paintings and scriptures still well preserved. The tombs were stocked with all the material goods a ruler might need in the next world. Hatshepsut Temple is next on the itinerary, built on three levels, it is one of the most beautiful Temples and was home to Queen Hatshepsut, one of the few female rulers in Egypt. Our final stop on the West Bank of the Nile is Colossi of Memnon, made from quartzite sandstone, these are the only remains of a complete mortuary temple and are of the Pharaoh King Amenhotep III.

We now head for a well deserved lunch served in a local restaurant, before moving over to the East Side of the Nile in Luxor.

Be impressed and amazed by Karnak Temple, the largest temple complex ever built by man. Situated on 247 acres of land it is three temples combined and represents generations of Egyptian builders and Pharaohs.
​
At the end of the day, sit back, relax and enjoy the 3 hour transfer to Aswan for your overnight stay.
​
After breakfast join your private guide once again to discover Aswan High Dam, constructed in the 1960's, to benefit the economy of Egypt, before moving on to the Unfinished Obelisk, ordered to be built by Queen Hatshepsut, it is the largest obelisk in ancient times. Lastly on the itinerary is Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess of Love and Beauty on Agilikia Island, then enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant before your transfer back to your Hotel in Hurghada
This itinerary is flexible and can include or exclude anything you additionally wish to see in Luxor or Aswan.
